Shipping Policy

At Ravine Inc., we strive to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for important information about processing times, shipping methods, and delivery expectations.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped with tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We currently ship to addresses within Canada and the United States.

Standard Shipping:

  • Canada: 5-7 business days
  • United States: 7-10 business days

Free shipping may be available on orders over a specified threshold. Check our website for current promotions.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website using this number.

International Orders

For international orders outside of Canada and the United States, please contact our customer service team at support@tryravine.com for shipping quotes and estimated delivery times.

Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are collected upon delivery.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes for certain products. Military APO/FPO addresses are accepted. Some products may have shipping restrictions based on local regulations.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 48 hours. We'll work with the carrier to locate your package.

Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Address Changes

Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address. Please ensure your shipping information is correct before completing your purchase. If you need to change your address before shipment, contact us immediately at [your email].

While we work with reliable carriers, occasional delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to resolve any delivery issues quickly.
